What will you do?

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all managed tools and equipment.
  • Ability to be self-directed and resourceful.
  • Ability to meet time commitments and project plans.
  • Support Quality and maintain audit readiness.
  • Manage field and depot calibration equipment to ensure compliance is met and maintained.
  • Coordinate Calibration Alarms for out of tolerance findings
  • Review of the accuracy of incoming calibration certificates from third party suppliers.
  • Manage equipment information for company assets to ensure database accuracy and upload of certificates
  • Work with third party calibration suppliers to coordinate equipment returns
  • Assist the Field Teams in the purchase of Field tools and consumables when required.
  • Support Field Service Teams to ensure appropriate calibrations are conducted on-field tools.
  • Operate as the central contact for equipment management activities and work with third-party suppliers to ensure adequate service is being received.
  • Assist the Metrology group in updating statistical process charts and calibration template data.
  • Keep related KPI data up to date and report on a monthly basis.
  • Work with divisional ambassadors to drive the success of the KPI metric
  • Work from verbal and written instructions and information supplemented by technical job knowledge and experience.
  • Prepare calibration data reports, datasheets, and other required documentation.
  • Operate IndySoft calibration software.
  • Resolve problems through interface with internal customers, vendors, and management.
  • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

How will you get there?

Requirements:

  • College Diploma in Statistics/Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in managing a library of assets.
  • Proven attention to detail and ensuring document accuracy.
  • Proven independent work experience.
  • Proven customer skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Must have proven skills in assisting in developing, updating, reviewing procedures and documents related to local/regional agency regulations.
  • Position requires the individual to be capable of self-management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Site position requires minimal travel
