The Specialist will seamlessly and comprehensively support multiple project delivery disciplines and support pre-sales activities towards driving scopes of work.

This is a full time role including salary, benefits, bonus and more.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAct as a customer interface for the professional services organization.Provide post sales service delivery for infrastructure and data centre solutions in terms of analysis, design, implementation, migration, recommendations, upgrades, physical racking and cabling, knowledge transfer, technical documentation, training, etc.Assist in driving service delivery sales in terms of assisting in Statement of Work creation, client negotiations, presentations, demonstrations, RFP contributions, etc.Recreate customer technical environments by researching, identifying, and resolving a variety of problems.Work within and outside of subject matter expertise to expand self-knowledge base.Assist in the development of practice expertise and cross training of other consultants.Position involves up to 20% pre-sales and up to 80% technical/consultative hands-on delivery.Obtain and maintain technical certifications related to practice area.Skills and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree or College diploma with Information Technology focus or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years overall work experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Systems, Storage and VirtualizationMust be a VMware Certified Professional (Datacenter Virtualization) VCP-DCVMust hold Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA Windows Server 2016) or higherExperience in providing technical support to mid-range and enterprise customers for mission critical Windows and Linux computer systems and related softwareWindows 2016 Server administration and or hypervisor administration experience including Active Directory 2016 and migrationsExperience with Workload Migrations from like to non like hypervisors or between physical data centres or to public cloudNutanix NCP-MCI & or NCS-C certification an asset (individual will need to obtain NCP-MCI certification within 30 days of hire)Valid Ontario driver’s license and able to travel to client sites with own vehicleAbility to travel to other Canadian provinces from time to time
