Job title :OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST | RELOCATE TO KAMLOOPS, BC Community :KAMLOOPS Facility :KAMLOOPS S CENTRAL HEALTH Status :RELIEF FULL TIME Position Summary Interior Health’s Kamloops’ Home Health is inviting applications for the position of Occupational Therapist.

The position offers full time hours until February 2022, or the return of incumbent.

Accepting a temporary assignment will lead to additional Occupational Therapist opportunities within the Kamloops area.

Relocation Allowance package offered.

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist you will be based out of the acute care site to assist with safe discharge planning of the clients moving back into community and will play in iatrical part in the setting up of proper supports.

You will provide in-home assessments, consultations, treatment and education to clients and their families.

This is a role with autonomy as well as working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.

Days of work are Monday to Friday with weekends and statutory holidays off.

• Graduation from a recognized occupational therapy program.

• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC).

Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists or British Columbia Society of Occupational Therapists.

• Valid BC Driver’s license.
