CanadaWheels is one of Canada’s fastest growing online retailers of automotive wheels, tires and parts.

Our mission is to revolutionize the automotive online shopping experience by innovating, educating and bringing transparency to the automotive industry.

We currently cover over 5 Million unique vehicle fitments along with an expanding inventory of over 1 Million unique SKUs from more than 300 brand name manufacturers.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic marketer, lead generator and public relations specialist to help us continue to grow our business.

Job Functions:
●Developing a comprehensive communication strategy, media plan, media calendar
●Staying on top of the latest trends and craft content that are compelling
●Strong written and verbal communication
●Building communication and design assets for various platforms such as social media, email, web, and more.

●Identifying media opportunities, influencers and trends
●Building targeted media lists
●Pitching the media and influencers on new product launches or new company developments on an ongoing basis via email and/or social media
●Handling all inbound/outbound media enquiries from the press and influencers
●Increasing brand awareness
●Ability to generate leads.
●Manage all marketing channels and their performance: SEO/SEM, email, paid, social media, Google Ads, etc.

●Analyzing and optimizing all parts of the marketing funnel and finding areas of development
●Working with the customer success team to help improve customer lifecycle Required Experience:
●Degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent education
●3+ years of working in communication, sales and/or marketing
●Proven track record of securing media mentions or partnerships
●Strong knowledge of social media (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and influencer outreach
●Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

●Skill sets in Mailchimp or Active Campaign or other CRM platforms
●Skill sets in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign.

●Ability to work individually and with a team
●A willingness to try new things, platforms, tools and techniques, experiment and iterate quickly
●Can work in a fast-paced, autonomously-driven, and demanding startup environment
●Have a bias towards action and are impact-driven, ability to roll up your sleeves and “get it done”.
●Knowledge of the automotive industry
●Hands-on knowledge in demand generation with experience in B2B channels, automation, nurturing and conversions
