Job DescriptionDigital Marketing CoordinatorCyan Solutions is a dynamic full-service marketing agency looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to work within a fast-paced environment.

As the ideal candidate, you will have outstanding organizational, communication and analytical skills.

You have a good understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies and experience in executing integrated campaigns.

You are a great team player and can also manage timelines and priorities by working independently.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be a key part of the client service team.You will coordinate, implement, optimize and monitor integrated digital marketing programs.

You will manage social media posting and reporting, Google analytics and SEO initiatives, paid ads and retargeting campaigns.

You will be experienced in the execution and reporting of PPC, SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and all social media platforms.Responsibilities: Coordinating and executing:You will manage the implementation & tracking of digital campaign tactics, including SEO, social media, display advertising, email and newsletter campaigns for our diverse client base of non-profits, NGOs and private businesses.

You will support multi-channel marketing strategies for both clients and Cyan.

Project management:You will leverage project management tools such as Hubspot to manage digital marketing campaign requests from ensuring requirements are defined, to ensuring timely execution.

You will also assist in client proposal and report preparation.

Analysis and reporting:You will manage, track and analyze metrics for digital campaigns including SEO, Google Ads and Analytics, LinkedIn ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

You can create analytic reports on lead conversion and the success of online campaigns.

CommunicationsYou have strong research, writing and editing skills.You can prepare in-depth reports and recommendations, as well as create compelling content for digital campaigns.

Ideally, you have the following:At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid ads and social media managementSome experience working with or at an agency is a bonusA university or college degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business, and/or marketing/public relations.Experience with social media publishing, monitoring, analytics and reporting tools such as Google AnalyticsStrong research and writing skillsFamiliarity with platforms such as MailChimp, Hubspot, Constant ContactKnowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.Ability to work under tight deadlines with an attention to detailExcellent communications and project management skillsAbility to coordinate multiple projects and the ability to shift priorities as neededAbility to prioritize and to work independently.A desire to work in a team setting Job Type: Full TimeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentMust be in Ottawa and be available to work in our downtown office
