We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer, based remotely to conduct detailed customer requirements analysis, perform technical qualification and lead discovery workshops to determine customers business challengesThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a growing company.

As a Solution Engineer you will provide technical hands on expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements.

You will participate in the acquisition and retention of customers by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques to communicate the power, flexibility, and ease-of-use of 1E’s Product Suite.What You’ll Do:o Executing suitable technical validation strategies within assigned accounts to ensure successful validation of 1E techo Conducting detailed requirements analysis, technical qualification and ‘fitness for purpose’ exercise within assigned opportunitieso Leading discovery workshops to determine customers’ business challenges and deliver demonstrations of 1E’s products to align to the customer’s needso Working with Customer Success and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical obstacles and issues are identified and addressed appropriately.o Develop and enhance 1E capabilities within channel and partnerso Comfortable presenting to upper management and C-level clientso Provide feedback to product management on customer interactions, feature requests and other areas of potential improvemento Develop programs to enhance knowledge of trust throughout the sales organization.

Serve as a public advocate of cloud computing at conferences, industry training and related eventsAdditional Responsibilities: o Supporting marketing events as required (e.G.
