Job Description The Group Benefits Sponsor Insights and Data Services team is a diverse team that is responsible for providing accurate data, visualization, and business intelligence across the Group Benefits organization and our customers.

The Associate Business Analytics Specialist will play a key role by building data driven solutions to solve business area problems.

Responsibilities Includes: Actively participates on cross-functional project teams and support development of analytics solutions.

Ability to work with business to identify business opportunities for revenue generation, efficiency improvement in business operations and business insights extraction by leveraging data & analytics.

Communicates business analytics and requirements of limited complexity to more senior team members and junior business partners Participates in meetings.

Works closely with subject matter experts to understand business needs and analytics solutions/insights Mentor business stakeholders by spreading data best practices within Group Benefits.

Grow your technical skillset by participating in training, coaching, and code review sessions.

Job Requirements: Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other quantitative discipline.

1-3 years of professional experience in related industry working with enterprise data.

Ability to work with business to identify business opportunities for revenue generation, efficiency improvement in business operations and business insights extraction by leveraging data & analytics.

Experience in design, testing and implement ETL process.

Intermediate working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL).
