We need you!Under the supervision of the Digital Media Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating, uploading, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on the main platforms, such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Microsoft for Canada.You will also support the digital marketing team with implementing strategies and continuously improving results towards a unique customer experience.Your days will consist of the following Execution Create and post on different digital platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.); Integrate creative material onto the ad server; Monitor and negotiate campaigns with media partners; Track performance and optimize investments (audiences, bidding strategies, keywords, etc.); Track budgets; Participate in various A/B tests; Develop dashboards with Data Studio to help automate and simplify the online analytics process.

Analysis Analyze campaign results, prepare monthly reports for presentations to internal clients, and establish strategic conclusions related to marketing and business objectives; Stay abreast of new products and continuously improve your knowledge; Participate inthe segmentation of audiences and media distribution according to marketing and corporate objectives; Link digital data (paid and organic media, CRM offensive and promotional) with web traffic and conversions.

Coordination Work with the marketing and creative teams to continuously improve the prospect and customer experience; Contribute to quality control and tracking before web projects are put online, in collaboration with the Digital Media Team Leader and the Digital Marketing Director; Ensure the necessary follow-up to ensure the smooth functioning of web projects that will influence digital acquisition and conversion.

RequirementsTo be part of the team you must have Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent; 3 to 5 years of professional experience in creating and managing digital campaigns, media purchases, investments or performance marketing; Fluent bilingualism (French & English) is essential, both oral and written; Mastery of Facebook and Google advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads); Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an asset; Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification is an asset; Advanced knowledge of web, technology, and digital media.
