Craft&Crew: Digital Marketing Manager

We’re growing our in-house marketing team.

To excel in this role, you’ll have 3-5 years of experience working with paid digital ads on search, display and social, search engine optimization, and general digital marketing campaigns, leveraging skills such as content and email marketing.

You should be eager to dive into the pace and variety that comes with agency work.

You’ll be working both on client work and helping to drive marketing initiatives for our company.We’re a small, but mighty band of craftspeople and we value thinking outside of our lanes, working collaboratively to solve problems as a team.

Learn more about what it’s like at Craft& Crew.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and support your team through marketing strategic planning, reporting and analysis, and optimization of marketing performance.Setup, management, and optimization of large, complex SEM and social ad programs on channels such as Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Educate and guide clients through decisions and recommendations toward achieving their organization’s objectives.Assist with the marketing of Craft& Crew for new business acquisition and increased involvement with existing clients.Proactively contribute to ongoing improvements to our workflow, processes, and toolsets.Must-haves3+ years experience in paid campaign strategy and management, including developing and presenting media plans and campaign strategies, implementing paid campaigns end-to-end and managing complex multi-channel campaign launches and optimization.Understanding of client media buying cycles, product/service update schedules, online marketing philosophy and goals, and target demographics.

Experience with digital marketing tools and services and their application to both paid and non-paid digital marketing, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.

.An obsession with staying ahead of best practices and developments and trends in digital marketing and technology.Ability to digest stakeholder goals, user research, and complex user flows to pitch, develop and deliver marketing campaigns that help our clients meet their KPIs.Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to deliver rationales to our clients and our internal team.Desire to improve and grow, the ability to adapt with feedback and experiences, and a curiosity that drives you to learn new things, all in the pursuit of becoming the best team player possible.Bonus pointsLet your character shine through.
