POSITION OVERVIEW:OraSure is preparing to launch a suite of new COVID-19 diagnostic products that will play a key role in addressing the ongoing pandemic and has promise to be transformative for the company.

The Regional Marketing Manager, New Dx-US will play a critical role in planning and executing the the-US commercial launch of these products and managing the ongoing day-to-day business.

This position will be responsible for acquisition, retention and development of target customers through the development and execution of a tactical marketing plan that establishes a new, differentiated brand and aggressively drives sales.

This role will offer the opportunity to expand over time into management of additional, new diagnostic product lines in OraSure’s pipeline.

The Marketing Manager will play an important role in driving the organization through its next critical phase of growth.

The role requires strong strategic and tactical marketing skills and implementation capabilities.

Ideally, this individual will possess an understanding of medical device and specifically diagnostic marketing, with experience in managing successful product introductions.

This role will appeal to a marketer with a strong drive for results and team orientation who is excited about the opportunity to drive substantial business growth while simultaneously making a significant contribution to public health.RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES:Develop regional marketing plans to drive business growth in target segments and establish KPIs to track progress against execution of the marketing planUnderstand the competitive landscape—be an expert on competition in the region and how they are positioned in the marketCollaborate with global product marketing and sales to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customersSupport, engage and motivate the sales forceLead the development of sales tools/processes and collateral to increase sales productivity and effectiveness in the fieldLead commercial team efforts for tradeshows, customer presentations, webinars, events and programsDevelop sales training material and deliver training sessions to the sales forceDefine and execute market specific multi-channel campaigns across traditional advertising, digital marketing and marketing automation, website and social presenceTrack sales results and lead region demand forecasting.

Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment/accuracy of forecast.Support the development of regional go-to-market plans for new productsDevelop and maintain a tracking and reporting mechanism to measure marketing initiative effectivenessClosely collaborate with and support distribution partners in the U.SQUALIFICATIONS:Strong leadership skills and ability to drive projects to completion.
